In September 2014, Australian client Kogan began trial sales of our 35-hole high raised flocked beds. After more than a month of sales, the client informed us that these products were selling well. Consequently, they inquired about our single inflatable beds. I recommended our 21-hole single bed, 24-hole single bed, 32-hole bed, and 48-hole double bed. The client decided to start by ordering 1,000 single beds for trial.
On October 28th, the client provided a formal order, requesting inspection on November 28th and shipment in early December. With only one month from order confirmation to shipment, we worked quickly to meet the client's demands. I provided the invoice to the client on the same day, and we received the deposit on November 3rd. Our production management department immediately sent material purchase orders to suppliers, and all materials were gathered within half a month.
Once the materials were ready, we promptly produced samples for the client to approve. To our delight, the client confirmed production on the same day they received the samples, indicating strong recognition of our products. With the client's approval, we began scheduling production. All products were ready for inspection on the 27th, and yesterday (the 28th), SGS QC, a third-party testing company, came to the factory for inspection. The inspector was quite satisfied with our products, commenting that "inflatable products generally have no issues, but if there are problems, they tend to be significant ones." Indeed, all our mattresses undergo a 24-hour inflation test before packaging to ensure product quality.
Our company's advantages include accepting small batch orders, short production cycles, and guaranteed quality.
